Bulgaria
The modern banner of this state has a traditional rectangular shape with an aspect ratio of two to three. Three stripes cover the flag - white, green, red. The first is a symbol of freedom and peace, which is especially important for a country with such a long road to sovereignty. The second is the wealth of nature, forests and mountains, the importance of agriculture. Finally, the third, red color, symbolizes the courage of the patriots who died for independence. The colors are in the same order in which they are listed.
The banner of the militia, using the same tones, was taken as the basis for the modern standard. It also depicted a coat of arms. In 1861, a variant similar to the modern one began to be used, but the colors went differently - the top was green, then white, and then red. This tricolor became a symbol of the Bulgarian Revolutionary Committee, and in April 1879 it was officially approved. In 1947, the arrangement of flowers was changed to a modern one, and the shade of green became cold emerald instead of warm grass.
Iraq

The symbolism used boasts an impressive history - it has been used for more than two hundred years. They decided to create a flag whose white, green, red stripes would be vertical, in the parliament of the Cisalpine Republic in the north of the country. This combination of colors was suggested by Giuseppe Companioni. For the first time, a new banner was raised in 1797 in the kingdom of Emilia. During the wars with Napoleon, the same colors were used on the panels of the Lombardy Legion, because they had long been associated with it. This combination was also present at Milan symbolism. A red cross on a white background served as a coat of arms, and a green cross was used to form the local guard. In the modern flag, each color has a different meaning. Green is associated with hope, white is associated with faith, and red symbolizes love. However, such an interpretation cannot be called official, but Italians do not have another. According to the law, an impressive fine of one thousand euros is imposed for abuse of the flag, and ten thousand for the destruction of it.

The Islamic Revolution of 1978 led to the replacement of the animal with the inscription "Allah" with four crescents and a sword. Madagascar
