HearthStone is one of the most popular free-to-play games . What is the secret to the success of the CCI from Blizzard? Everything is pretty simple. Simple and intuitive mechanics, exciting gameplay, variability - all that an ordinary gamer needs. In addition, the game has as many as 9 classes, each of which has its own unique set of cards and abilities. In this article we will talk about one of these classes.
Robber
The robber (Horns, Valira) is a rather interesting and non-standard class. Games with Rogi always turn out to be very exciting and spectacular. For this reason, this class is so loved by many players. Want to know more about the Rogue? I wonder what is the strongest deck on the Horn? Read this article.
Class features
Perhaps Valira’s calling card is a unique mechanic called the "series of tricks" that most Rogov cards have. What it is? Cards with the “series of tricks” effect are greatly enhanced if you play another card in front of them. A prime example is a base card called "Gutting." If the Horn zooms in on her, then the spell does only two damage, which is pretty small. However, if before that, play any other card (“Coin”, which is given for the second move, is also considered a card), then “Gutting” will already cause four damage. That is, by playing cards in combinations and ligaments, the horns gain amplifications.

Also, one cannot but pay attention to the class power of the Rogue. For two units of mana, you can get a weapon with the characteristics of 1/2. At first glance, it might seem like a pretty weak force. But this is not so. By combining Rogovskoye abilities with cards that buff weapons (Valira has a lot of them, for example, "Deadly Poison", "Weapon Mechanic Oil", etc.), you can get powerful weapons to finish off enemy creatures.
In the end, we can say that the Horn is an incredibly strong class with huge potential. However, in order to play well for this character, you must have “straight arms”. During the game for the Rogue, you need to strictly monitor the sequence when drawing cards. Therefore, it may be difficult for a beginner to play for the Horn.
Deck on the Horn
Hartstone was released about two years ago. During this time, fans created various HearthStone decks for each class. In this regard, the Horn is also not deprived. A lot of different archetypes were created for the Robber. In this part of the article, we briefly review the most popular HearthStone decks for Valira.
The rattle horn, or Raptor Horn, is an archetype that captures the meta immediately after the release of the expansion called the League of Explorers. The deck is completely built on the Fossil Raptor card , which is able to take the "dying rattle" from other creatures. The deck strategy is straightforward. It is necessary to spam the table with sticky creatures (like "Manned Crocher", etc.) and, thus, gain control over the field. If necessary, you need to play the "Fossil Raptor" and take the most powerful "death rattles" (for example, at "Sylvanas Windrunner", etc.).
"Malirog" - a deck that was originally created as a fan. However, after a couple of editions from professional gamers, it became quite effective even in a rating game. The deck is built on a legend called Malygos. This card adds five additional damage to spells. The essence of the deck is to put Malygos on the table and perform the OTC of the enemy with the help of enhanced and cheap Rogov spells (Gutting, Poisoning Injection, Insidious Blow).
Piratoroga is another interesting deck. As the name implies, the deck is built on the synergy of pirates and weapons. The deck is quite effective thanks to Rogy's class abilities.
Miracle Horns (HearthStone)
It would be a real crime not to mention the best deck for the Rogue. We ask to love and favor - "Miracle Horn". What is the essence of this deck? Why is she so strong? You can find answers to these and many other questions in this article.
Miracle Horn is the legendary deck that captured the meta in those days when Hartstone was just released. For this reason, most newcomers have never heard of this deck. Nevertheless, old-timers who play in the choir from the first seasons, everyone remembers. “Miracle Horn” was the strongest deck in the game and to break into the legend with its help was easy. But what happened? Why is this deck so unpopular in the current meta? Everything is very simple. Blizzard developers decided that the deck is very strong and unbalanced. Therefore, they fixed key cards, as a result of which this archetype simply died out.
Miracle Horn. Deck
Key cards for Miracle Horns are the Goblin Auctioneer and Lira Jenkins. The entire deck is built on one combination, which allows you to do more than 30 damage from an empty table. The legendary Lera Jenkins, in turn, is used as a finisher (a card that inflicts the last blow to the enemy). However, in order to pull out a winning combination, a lot of firewood is needed. This is where the Goblin Auctioneer comes to our aid. It allows you to draw one card for each spell cast. And, as you know, the Rogue is famous for its cheap spells, which allows you to comb the entire deck in one or two moves, thus obtaining the coveted combination.
As mentioned above, this deck is completely dead. Blizzard increased the cost of the Goblin Auctioneer, which made him unplayable.
Miracle-like decks
Many players tried to revive the former power of “Miracle Rog”. They were looking for an alternative source of firewood, but failed to do so. Even with the release of subsequent additions and add-ons, a worthy replacement for the “Goblin Auctioneer” was never found. Moreover, the Blizzard realized how robber - a strong class. It is for this reason that they are still issuing new cards for this class with great caution.
Perhaps the most successful reincarnation of Miracle can be considered the so-called Oil-Horn. This deck is very similar to the “Miracle Horn” in spirit and idea, but nevertheless, the “Oil-Robber” uses a different strategy. The deck is built on a card called "Weapon Mechanic Oil" (hence the name of the archetype). The bottom line is to buff your weapon and creature with the aforementioned card and inflict fatal damage on the enemy.
