Starting the passage of the game Silent Hill-4: The Room, we see the back story, which speaks of a certain Henry Thousand, who moved to apartment 302 in a house called Ashfield South Ashfield Heights. Henry really liked his new life, and he was happy. But strange things have begun to happen recently. The guy constantly had nightmares at night ... And he could not get out of apartment number 302.
Silent Hill-4 Walkthrough: Part I
After a little background we see a dark and dirty room with several lights on. Furniture and everything else is covered in some kind of abomination. Then it turns out that it is blood and rust. By the way, at the moment we see everything from the first person, but then the view will change, and we will be able to well view the premises and evaluate the schedule, playing in the third person. It also makes passing Silent Hill more interesting.
Henry can not understand what happened to his room. Stepping out into the corridor, we see a worse picture: all the walls, the kitchen, the plumbing are covered in blood. The TV on the nightstand hisses, and on its screen is a gray noise background. A fan turned on for some reason is spinning on the ceiling, making an unpleasant sound. Henry notes the heavy air in the room and complains of a headache. Then we see a window (which cannot be opened) and paintings on the walls. Itβs hard to see something on the images because of the dirt on them. Then on the wall we see an imprint that looks like a screaming human face. This scares the protagonist (the main character).
Continuing the passage of Silent Hill, we see that the light begins to blink, the walls are covered with obscure stains, from which the monster crawls out. This is followed by a screen saver.
A few seconds later we see the main character sitting on the bed. Then it becomes clear that it was his terrible dream. The phone rings and Henry picks up the phone. In response to his βHelloβ we hear a short: βHelp me ...β - and hissing. Then the protagonist discovers that the telephone cord is cut. After that, the guy gets out of bed, and we can examine the room. Henry walks over to the photograph on the wall and talks about the church in Silent Hill that is pictured there. The fact is that the main character really liked her appearance, and he decided to take a photo. After that, the guy comes to the window, and we see the street, and after that - the neighboring building. Then Henry looks at his watch, noting that they stopped a few days ago.

There is news on television that speaks of a rally against the law on the carrying of weapons, the adoption of which has led to many cases of violence. Then the protagonist draws attention to the box in which different things are stored.
After the first few minutes of the game, you could understand that the passage of Silent Hill should be very scary, but at the moment we see the usual room of the hotel. Behind the closet there is a certain old note, and after a while Henry realizes that this is a page from some book. There we are talking about a mysterious world with monsters and various traps. Taking the piece of text with himself, the main character continues to walk around the room, telling different stories.
From his words we learn that the guy has been living here for two years. Then, continuing through Silent Hill, we see a door closed by chains. Then Henry says that he cannot get out of his apartment: the chains on the doors, the windows do not open ... An inscription appears in front of the guy, saying "Do not go out!", Signed by the name of Walter. And this is where the passage from Silent Hill-4: The Room begins.
