Manufacture
The curbstone is formed under high pressure. Presses for the production of such products are as follows. The mold is filled using a dispenser, and then pressing occurs, as a result of which excess water is removed. At the next stage, the curbs are removed, placed on pallets and sent for drying.
Previously, curbs were made of granite. Thanks to new technologies (vibrocompression, vibrocasting), the side stone of strict geometric proportions is obtained. Modern equipment allows you to reduce the cost of the manufacturing process and get high quality material.
Material characteristics

For proper installation of products, you need to know their height. They dig a deep trench exactly half the height of the side itself. The soil should be well compacted. To further strengthen the curbs, sand is added. All work is carried out using the level and pulling a fishing line between two pegs. This must be done so that the work is carried out efficiently. Borders are also concreted on both sides.
Modern roads experience enormous loads, so it is very important to install those reinforced concrete borders that are resistant to temperature extremes and abrasion.
