No wonder, probably, every adult has memories of what his favorite toy was, hidden under the pillow during the day and carefully laid to sleep on the pillow at night. Quite simple
The kid needs comfort. For the smallest, toys were invented, which received the characteristic name of comfort. Such a sleepy favorite can be a spit-hare. Its pattern is elementary - a two-layer base and a toy head. A spit toy in the form of a comfort can be made in two ways.
Method 1. Soft fabric, you can use a children's fleece rug, folded into a square measuring 35 x 35 centimeters, although any size can be chosen. It is stitched on all 4 sides, only a small area remains unstitched in order to turn the base, cutting the corners obliquely. Sew the hole and in the middle of the comfort sew with small stitches the head from the toy-hare.
Method 2. On a piece of paper, draw the base of a splyuka reminiscent of an asterisk: two rays - legs, two rays - pens, and instead of the fifth ray, a head will be sewn. A toy in a crib for your beloved baby can be very different. For example, a rabbit-splyushka, whose pattern is intended for those who can neither sew nor cut, does so. A piece of beautiful fabric measuring 60 x 30 centimeters folds in half. Two pieces of 10 x 15 centimeters are cut separately, folded in half lengthwise, resulting in 5 x 15 centimeters of rectangles that need to be sewn together. Both rectangles are turned on the front side. These will be the ears of the bunny. Ears are embedded inside a large square. The square is sewn first on the side on which the ears are embedded, so that they are sewn tightly, then on the other two sides. Do not forget to leave a small hole in order to turn the flat into the face and loosely stuff the pillow-toy with sintepon. Sew the hole. Many craftswomen sew toys according to the same pattern, using only the distinctive features of a character for identification. For example, a cat’s ears are triangular and a bear’s ears are round. The pattern of long-eared bunny-hare will not be difficult, because it is very simple to tailor them. The pillow toy on which it is convenient for the baby to fall asleep should be almost flat, because it is used in addition to the standard set of sleeping accessories. Any sleepy toy will be primitive, including a spit-hare. The pattern will allow you to make a fairly flat sleepy pet. If you use it, then you need to sew in the following sequence:
- Sew the ears along the contour, leaving the lower straight part open. To turn out ears, to straighten, to fill a little sintepon.
- Sew the paws along the contour, leaving the straight section un sewn, unscrew them, straighten them, fill with padding polyester so that the paws are soft.
- The body with the head folded with the wrong sides inward. At the location of the ears and paws, fix the necessary parts by putting them inside the work. Sew the toy-slushuka along the contour, sewing all the parts at the same time, leave a small area unstitched. Through it, turn out the hare on the front side and lightly stuff it with padding polyester.
- Sew the hole.
- Embroider or paint the fabric of the face of a hare.
Sleepy hares
Each kid has his own favorite toy. She lulls and tells fairy tales, protects from nightmares and wakes up in the morning to play. Such a favorite can be a spit-hare. A full-size pattern will help to make a beautiful and entertaining toy on your own. Using the proposed pattern, you can get a toy of two sizes - bigger and smaller, if you print it on a sheet of A3 or A4 format. Such a bunny rabbit can become the keeper of not only dreams, but also children's pajamas, or you can hide a heating pad in it if the baby is sick. To do this, sew a zipper or Velcro tape (Velkro tape) into the bottom of the toy body. Since this pattern is simple, you can sew several hares on it - sleepy hares will become both fun and useful thing for the baby.
Cushions
Things that are designed for the baby must always be clean. You need to take care of embroidered cushioned pillows regularly. You can wash such toys both in the car and on your hands. In any such toy you can sew a bag of herbs - lavender, lemon balm, chamomile. They will serve as flavors for the crib, with a calming and antibacterial effect. Buckwheat can be used as a filler instead of sintepon. Naturally. it needs to be sewn into a separate bag, which is then inserted into the belly of a cross - linked spit-hare with your own hands. Patterns in this case do not require any refinement, only before sewing on the hole through which the toy was turned on the front side, a bag with groats should be inserted into it.
