Preparatory phase of work

For these purposes, the petals must keep in shape, and therefore need starched tissue. Suitable silk, cotton, organza, satin, satin. - Cut off the tip obliquely, singe with a candle, press with your fingers.
- Flip the petal so that the rounded portion is turned down. Cut the wrong side to form a neat leaf. Singe it, press it with tweezers.

How to make bicolor kanzashi petals? MK is the same, only two squares of different colors are taken. On top lay the material that will lie inside the petal. Fold them individually with triangles that overlap each other. All other actions will be the same.

The more waves you make an "accordion", the more magnificent the flower will be. If you make fewer bends, cut the tail more or less, you will get other forms of petals. Solid leaflets can be painted with acrylics, creating an unusual pattern.
Sharp petals
Sharp forms can be created in many ways. They are used in the creation of leaves, flowers (asters, carnations, chrysanthemums). We start parsing a simple sheet with a sharp top.
- Fold the square diagonally.
- The result is a triangle that folds in half.
- The sides of the small figure are folded again, clamped with tweezers.
- Cut the tail, singe fire.
- The result is a leaf with space.
If you want a fused, sharp kanzashi petal, then you need to turn the leaf over, cut a little from the wrong side, scorch it with fire, press it with tweezers. Two-color elements are very beautiful. To do this, add two squares separately twice. Next, place the triangles on top of each other, fold the sides, cut the tail with the "wrong side", singe.
A two-color sheet can be made in another way. When fold the squares once, then grasp the other with one triangle. That is, the first vertex looks down (in the arm), then the second figure is directed to the right. Then the opposite sides of the figures alternately clasp each other. It turns out a triangle from which you form a leaf. The rest of the actions will be the same. It turns out a beautiful two-color sharp petal. How to collect inflorescences
Kanzashi is a kind of petal formation under a different slope. The shape and size of the leaves depends on how much you cut off from the tail and the back of the element, how you kick the edge out, how many squares will be. Next, from the finished elements form a flower. Take a picture of it to remember the location of the details.
Then sew them together or glue them. In the first case, take a single-color thread, and make the stitches microscopic. In the second case, use colorless glue or a thermal gun.

In this technique, you can decorate any simple thin elastic bands. Sew the cardboard base to the elastic or stick it. To do this, cut the ribbon of the same color as the flower, wrap it with an elastic band with a cardboard circle several times, and glue the ends from the wrong side.
