The pages of the internal passport also need to be scanned and photocopied. The application form must also be filled out and submitted together with two photographs in 35 by 45 mm format. You also need confirmation of hotel reservations or an invitation from the host (relatives, for example), the availability of airline tickets, medical insurance and a bank statement. It should have a sufficient amount. At least 70 euros per day of stay. And you will also need to present a certificate from work or from the dean's office (for students). Visa centers often take on the task of processing and collecting documents for themselves, only for this it will be necessary to pay a considerable amount.
Interesting nuance
In rare cases, applying to the embassy for a visa is not required. Namely, from June 7 to September 30. During this period , you can get to the islands of Samos, Kos, Chios, Lesbos and Rhodes without a visa - but only if a person arrives from Turkey by ferry. The main thing is that the traveler should have two obligatory things with him. This is a ferry ticket and hotel reservation. The tour should be purchased at a travel company operating in Turkey. A day before the departure of the ferry to the company you need to send copies of your passport, an application for a 1-time visa and photo. And when a person arrives on the island, he will provide the originals and pay 35 euros for the service. A clever scheme, but it requires less worries.
