For sewing, you must perform the following measurements:
- Chest girth - measured at the highest points of the chest and shoulder blades.
- Hips - Measurements are taken over the widest part of the hips. If there is a protruding abdomen, then consider it.
- Length to the front waist - the distance from the shoulder through the chest to the waist.
- The length from her back is from the shoulder through the shoulder blade to the waist.
- Length from waist down - distance to the desired length.

3) From the top it is necessary to step back 1.5-2 cm for the seam. Then, down the marked line, the length to the waist is measured and a perpendicular strip is drawn, which will be its line.
4) Next, the side height is measured from this line.
5) The width of the pattern is divided in half. For the front, 2 cm is added, and for the back it is subtracted. From the line obtained in the first step, it is necessary to postpone the width of the front part.
6) From the waistline down, the length to the waist at the back is laid back.
7) For the neck, note a depth of 3-5 cm and 8-11 cm in width.
8) The shoulder length is measured from the notch.
9) From the shoulder line, the armhole line for the back is perpendicularly marked.
10) At the last step, you need to connect the neck with the waist line, from which you need to mark the line down, taking it a little to the side.
In addition to the pattern, you will also need three strips 1.5 m long and 10 cm wide.
