Planting grapes ( Laura grape variety ) requires, first of all, choosing a warm and lighted place. Planting the vine must be done in one line, so that it is well lit and does not take up much space on the site. At the same time, the place of planting of seedlings should not be under rainwater, and the beds should have good permeability, because grape seedlings do not tolerate large amounts of water. Bushes have a powerful, strong trunk. The cluster of this variety is conical in shape, there are practically no small berries, due to which a marketable and attractive appearance is provided.
It is also necessary to consider the
type of soil. The Laura grape variety is poorly related to increased soil moisture. On clay soils, it is necessary that the pits for planting be shallow, and when planting in light sandy loamy soil, a deep landing is desirable.
Usually grape seedlings, including the Laura
grape variety , are planted in spring, in well-warmed soil. In the southern regions, vines are planted from the beginning of May, and in the northern regions later, from about mid-May to the end of the month. Laura is a grape that can withstand temperatures up to - 24 degrees without shelter. When planting in several rows, it is necessary that the distance between the rows is at least 2 meters, and between the seedlings in a row - at least 1.5 meters. When placing grapes, it is advisable to provide additional protection by planting around the perimeter of
fruit trees and various bush berry crops. Plants are resistant to diseases of mildew and gray rot. But it is still necessary to treat with a fungicide a couple of times a season.
Planting care is carried out in the form of irrigation and top dressing with manure in dry weather. To ensure good ripening of the vine growing stepchildren must be removed, and in September cut off the growth point at the top. For the first time, bushes bear fruit in the second or third year.
The harvest season usually lasts from the end of August to the beginning of September, it lasts a long time on the bushes. During this period, grapes also ripen - the Laura variety. The berries are beautiful light green in color, the core is crispy and dense, large seeds are freely separated from the pulp.

This species was bred in Ukraine, at the Odessa Scientific Center for Wine and Viticulture named after V.E. Tairova. It is obtained by crossing famous varieties such as Muscat Saint-Valle, Hamburg Muscat, Queen Tairovskaya and Husain. The Laura grape variety is also known as Flora, and it is listed in the State Register of Ukraine, although it is mainly popular under the first name.
A distinctive feature is the appearance of ripe fruit 115 days after the appearance of the first sprouts. The Laura grape variety is distinguished by good yield and fruitfulness of shoots, which is about 80%. The berries are very large. The size is about 3 cm in length, and the cluster weighs up to 2 kg.
