Babkin Mikhail Alexandrovich was born in Kharkov on July 19, 1959. He graduated from school in Rostov-on-Don. There he entered the Technical University as a electrical engineer. He worked at the factory as a foreman, then he served 8 years in the missile forces, and retired in 1989 to resign.
