Team shooters are a genre of computer games that has begun to develop very actively lately. The essence of this game is the confrontation of two teams of players who have different goals. The most famous plot is the installation of a bomb by terrorists in designated places and attempts to prevent them from the side of special services. Given the fact that the game is being played here with other gamers, many dishonest players constantly want to gain an advantage over others using cheats. Naturally, this is being monitored by the servers, and cheaters are quickly banned, so they use various programs to hide their activities. And so there is a constant war between terrorists and special services, as well as between the administration and cheaters. And this, in principle, can be ignored until this problem touches you specifically. But what to do when the “User is blocked” sign appears in front of you? Warface is a game in which it is encountered almost every day.
Warface Lock
In almost every team shooter, you have a chance to see the message "User blocked." Warface is a game in which such an opportunity is extremely high, and sometimes you don’t even need to do anything to achieve such a result. You may even be banned for mere suspicion or the possibility of complicity in cheating, so do not be surprised if you receive such a message. First of all, you need to carefully read it and understand why you were banned, then analyze your latest actions in the game and find out if this block has a reason. Accordingly, if you see the message "User is blocked" in front of you, Warface will not work for you, and you will have enough time to think. After that, you can already act, depending on the circumstances.
Waiting for the end of the ban
The easiest way out of the situation is to wait until the ban ends, that is, the moment when the message "User is blocked" ceases to appear. Warface is a game in which there is an impressive ban system, that is, blocking for each of the rule items can last a different amount of time. Accordingly, if you understand that you are actually to blame for giving you a ban, but the lock will not last too long, you better wait. It makes no sense to try to argue with the administration, because it does not owe you anything. If you really have done something that is against the rules of the game, you better wait and never again repeat your mistakes. However, this method obviously will not work if you are informed that your account on Warface is blocked until 1970 days - this is more than six years. Obviously, you will not wait so much, so you need to act immediately.
Contacting technical support

If you are banned in the game, you should immediately contact technical support. However, do not ask them why the Warface account is blocked, as well as try to swear, threaten or do any other rash acts. The best way to resolve the problem is to sit quietly and write a competent letter in which you would inform that you do not agree with the account lockout, find out what exactly needs to be done to unlock it, and all this must be done politely and benevolently. Questions about why you were blocked are silly, because in the very first message you were definitely told what was the reason. Well, rudeness is the worst assistant in resolving such cases, so do everything seriously, like adults, and not like impudent schoolchildren who believe that everything around them should. And then there is a chance that they will explain to you what exactly you can do if you want to get your account back, that is, provide evidence of your innocence and unlawfulness of blocking.
Way to get around the system

The previous method, however, only works if you are truly innocent. But what to do if you broke the rules and were blocked for a long time, that is, it is not possible to wait until the ban is completed? In this case, there is a method that may work, but no one guarantees you a 100% probability. So, if you received a message about blocking your account, then you need to immediately go to your email address to which the account is registered from another IP address, change the username and password, as well as the maximum of other data, send letters to reliable mailboxes with your passwords and so on - in general, create an imitation of hacking. Then, from another mailbox, send a message about hacking to the technical support of the postal service, as well as contact Warface technical support. There they will tell you to restore access to the mailbox, which you will do safely, and then they will restore access to your account, since it was not you who broke the rules, but the cracker - you can prove it by sending screenshots of the correspondence with technical support of the mail service.
Further actions
So, now you know what to do when the account is locked (Warface, p. 20), how to unlock it, but from now on you need to be very careful. The administration has information about your account, and if a second violation is committed from it, then the measures can be much more severe.
