How to make a costume
The first thing to do is cut a rectangle from a sheet of foam rubber. For the length you need to take the size of the head, and the width should be about 20 centimeters. At a height of 10 centimeters, you need to draw isosceles triangles - along the entire length of the future cap. After that, they should be cut so that a crown is obtained. Cut triangles need to be glued together, combining them with one vertex. You should get the basis for the headdress of Nolik.
According to the scheme below, you need to do the cutting of four parts. These parts should be glued together along side sections. The basis is to take the largest part. Now the first finished element should be fixed on the basis of the cap. Making a hat for a fixative costume with your own hands, you can show imagination and try to glue together various complex geometric shapes. All parts must be glued to the headgear tightly to each other. The top of the head is best decorated with four triangles.

Step-by-step instruction
It is necessary to take a sheet of foam rubber with a thickness of 10 millimeters, draw a line on it corresponding to the volume of the head. At a height of about 20 centimeters, it is necessary to draw another line - parallel to the first. You should get a rectangle. It must be divided into isosceles triangles. Next, you need to take measurements and create a drawing.
Markup must be done on top. The vertices of the drawn triangles should intersect, forming rhombs. They need to be carefully cut.
The next step is sizing the base. It is necessary to apply a thin layer of glue and carefully monitor that there are no smudges. The remaining ponytails also need to be glued: on each triangle, you need to find the bottleneck and grease the sides to this point. Then you should connect all the strips of foam.
To make the top of Simka’s wig look like an asterisk, you need to glue every strip of accordion-shaped foam rubber. Above you should get an open star. A stub is needed for it: it is worth turning the cap over, circle the outline on the foam rubber and cut out the asterisk and stick it. Then you need to make another star - a little smaller, and stick it on the plug.
In order for the wig to be embossed, it is necessary to glue the triangles folded over the entire height. It remains only to dye the wig with bright orange paint.
