Every more or less successful gamer playing DotA 2 wants to become famous. Honestly, there are a lot of such players, but only a few become famous far beyond the company of friends, but what is there to be modest - recognizable all over the world. The Ukrainian clan DotA 2 NaVi is one of the most famous in the world community of e-sports associations, the composition of which has changed somewhat over the course of five years. On the account of five guys over the years the club has accumulated almost 50 awards. They are the idols of DotA 2 players around the world.
History Team Natus Vincere
The esus clan Natus Vincere was formed from the best DotA players in Ukraine in late autumn 2010. It was then that the start-up team DotA 2 NaVi, the composition of which included famous gamers: Andrey Chipenko, Alexander Stepanyuk and Alexander Dashkevich. A little later they were joined by the now famous Danil Ishutin and Ivan Antonov, who, by the way, became the team captain.
Just a year after its creation, the NaVi DotA 2 team, the composition of which at that time was already stable, for the first time became the winner of the prestigious tournament held in Cologne. From that moment, the victorious procession of the guys in tournaments for the game DotA 2 on various scales began. Over the five years of the existence of the DotA 2 NaVi team, the composition has changed with an enviable frequency. Nevertheless, this did not greatly affect the results of the game.
Victories and Awards Natus Vincere
What awards did the participants of DotA 2 NaVi receive, where and when did this happen? Let's see a list of their biggest wins and most significant wins. So, for the first time, five guys still unknown to anyone won the The International 2011 tournament, which was held in Cologne in August 2011. Then they managed to hit the jackpot in the amount of 1 million US dollars! In October of that year, the guys became winners at the Paris ESWC 2011. This time, the main prize was 12 thousand of the same dollars. Throughout the next year, representatives of the DotA 2 NaVi team, whose composition, fortunately, did not change at that time, occupied the first lines of the rating tables of various tournaments and won a total of about $ 40,000.
The year 2012 was also very successful for the team members. They won again at The International, this time in Seattle, and received $ 250,000 in prize money. In addition, five guys won eSports events such as the MLG Prizefights Showmatch. Luck was on the side of the guys in such eminent and popular tournaments as the Electronic Sports World Cup 2012. She did not leave them at the SLTV StarSeries Season Four competitions.
In 2013-2014, the participants of the DotA 2 NaVi esports clan no less successfully held many fights in various competitions, however, at the International 2013 tournament, they could not reach the highest level of the podium.
NaVi Dota2 roster update
There are still many tournament meetings ahead of the guys, so they approached the selection of team members with great seriousness. Fans have high hopes for their idols, the guys, in turn, intend to once again be in first place in all the tournament tables for the upcoming season. Recently, the leadership of the e-sports club reported that in the current squad of NaVi DotA 2, in addition to those already familiar to all fans of Alexander Dashkevich (TAIL), Daniil Ishutin (Dendi) and Ivan Skorokhod (VANSKOR / Inactive), who came last year, included Artyom Barshak (Fng) and Gleb Lipatnikov (Funn1k).
Thus, the Ukrainian team of doters became international, as two of its members arrived from Russia and Belarus. According to the assurances of the team members themselves, they should not be considered as newcomers to the composition of the team, since they have repeatedly met with them at tournaments of various levels, and even often participated in game battles. Joint training a new composition of NaVi DotA 2 already in the first decade of April. The honorary place of the captain was entrusted to Artyom Barshak, who arrived in the clan.
Women's team NaVi
Despite the prevailing opinion in society about the inability of girls to have a professional approach to computer games, the DotA 2 NaVi clan, which was joined by five charming young girls, proves the opposite. Who are they, beautiful representatives of NaVi? These are Maria Gunina (Inverno), Sofia Romanova (Sofi), Maria Malakhovskaya (MooNka) and Ksenia Bazanova (Leayh). The captain of the female team was Anastasia Dmitrienko, known as PerfectVoid. Earlier, the team members represented other eSports organizations: ownedby.pro and Darer.fm. The management of the game club hopes that the experience of girls in various tournaments will help them become worthy representatives of their team.
The fans and the clan leadership very much believe that the real team can more than once conquer the heights of various tournaments dedicated to the world-famous DotA 2 game. It will be possible to find out if these hopes will come true very soon, because with the beginning of the summer months the guys have to participate in the battles of the fittest.
