So, it is believed that the salary should be no less than the minimum wage. This confirms the law, but in practice it may turn out to be completely different. The most interesting thing is that it will be completely legal.
The concept of abbreviation
The minimum wage is the value of the minimum wage established by the state.
In fact, it is determined at the federal level, but each region has the right to establish its own standards, which it does, trying to adhere to them in calculating wages to employees. Salary calculation

If, while fulfilling the labor standard, the employee did not work all the required hours, then the salary will be calculated in accordance with the percentage of the worked out time to the mandatory. Problems of the Northern Regions
