There is another interesting option for making flat letters. For the base, you can take a dense felt, use softer material on the upper part. When stitching patterns, you need to make one blank of the font of the desired size, and the second font is the same, but 2 sizes smaller.
The main letters will be multi-colored, and those that are smaller in the same color. Next, with a silicone gun, lower letters should be glued to large ones. At the edges we leave an equal distance. In such letters as “A”, “O”, the inside of the upper and lower letters is compared.
