According to experienced builders, the only right way out for marshy soil is to install piles. Such a foundation in a swampy area is able to reliably protect the building from negative external factors that can harm the structure. True, it is worth noting that the device of this type of fortification is not an easy task. Installation of piles should be carried out using special equipment and requires complex engineering calculations. That is, if you want your building to stand for many years, you need a special approach to the matter.
A pile foundation in marshy areas is constructed as follows: through special equipment, the elements are driven deep into the ground. Sometimes bored piles are used instead of the usual ones . First you need to clear the place for future construction from excess soil. As a rule, about 40 centimeters are removed. Then the site should be covered with a mixture of fine gravel and building sand, carefully tamped. Road plates are laid on top - it’s not necessary to buy new ones, used ones are quite suitable for this. On the laid slabs, it is necessary to install a wooden formwork, on top of which the usual foundation of the tape type is poured.
