The easiest way to make such a hat is from very thick paper (such as Whatman paper) or flexible cardboard. Cut a rectangle - this will be the long part of the hat. Fold the cylinder out of it, fix it using glue, tape or a stapler. Cut out the upper part - a circle corresponding to the diameter of the cylinder. Glue on one side of the workpiece. Next, you need to make the headgear fields. To do this, circle the existing cylinder on paper. And then around draw another circle with a large diameter. Cut this element and glue it into place.
The cylinder is ready, but your magician costume will be completely uninteresting if you do not decorate the hat. Paint the headpiece with paint, cover it with cloth or glue it with colored paper.
