Pokemon Raichu is the evolutionary stage of development of the symbol of pokemany - Pikachu. From a fluffy good-natured friend Ash Ketchum, Raichu is distinguished by a strict disposition, improved combat qualities and large size.
Acquaintance with Raichu in "Pokemon"
In the animated film Pokémon, Raichu is introduced to the audience as a rival to the monster Ash Ketchum, the protagonist of the franchise. Pikachu fights against Raichu, Serge’s powerful and advanced monster, to get Ash the badge of a coach. The battle with an unequal opponent is hard on Ketchum's yellow friend - Pikachu loses the battle. However, Ash and his monsters, feeling the support of friends and their own strengths, decide to revenge. The second meeting is successful - with his speed and prompts, Pikachu defeats the strongest Raichu, and Ash wins the long-awaited badge.
During the battle of Pikachu, Ketchum was able to transform into Raichu, but wanted to stay in his stage.
Pokemon: turning Pikachu into Raichu
Pikachu turns into Raichu when interacting with a thunder stone, when he gets the necessary experience in battles with other monsters and wants to evolve himself. In the Pokemon animation, Pikachu Asha refused evolution - and the coach did not force his favorite. However, most monsters do not refuse transformation - evolution develops them, making stronger attacks, changing the appearance.
Pikachu’s refusal to change is related to his inner sensation: the good-natured monster feels great in his present state, and full obedience to the coach and friendly relations with him allow Pikachu to win victories over stronger opponents.
Critics are sure that the creators of the series intentionally did not evolve Pokemon - so as not to lose the love of fans who liked the previous stage of the main monster. Subsequently, in other seasons Pikachu will have more than one opportunity to evolve into Raichu - but the Pokemon will always refuse.
Pokemon GO: Raichu in the popular Nintendo app
Pokemon Raichu in "Pokemon GO" lives on paved areas. Despite its elemental type (electric), the mouse pokemon does not like quarries and territories under construction.
Raichu ("Pokemon GO" - No. 026 in Pokedex) is transformed from a pre-stage using Thunder Stone. The eggs on the Pokestops will not bring good luck to the hunters of the electric monster - the Pokémon cannot be "hatched" even at 10 km.
The main opponents of the monster are earth pokemons (200% damage). The maximum attack is 90.
For a battle on the Gimach, a monster is not the best option. Low speed and poor protection make it vulnerable and clumsy.
