Any person strive to decorate his home, to give him a cozy and comfortable look. A pleasant "domestication" of the house is given by small trinkets, photos on the walls and hand-made crafts. I love crafts and I master quite a lot and from almost everything. My hands found use for the accumulated numerous plastic bottles, which became the basis of miniature bedside ottomans, and old pieces of glass, now serving as coffee table covers . The house is constantly accumulating numerous interesting crafts made by me. And many friends like to grab something that interests them as a keepsake.
In this article I will tell you how to make an asterisk out of paper to decorate the interior. In order to make a voluminous star, I took the remnants of silver paper, which until then pasted over frames for photographs, blue and plain white paper. To understand how to make an asterisk out of paper, a single description is not enough, so I also provide detailed photos.
I cut out identical square pieces of paper, the length of each side is 5 cm. You can and should choose the size of the square that you yourself want. For one star, we need five paper squares. Now we begin to directly answer the question of how to make a star with our own hands.
Each square we first fold in half horizontally, and then draw a line vertically.
We get a division of the leaf into 4 conditional squares. For clarity, I circled the fold lines with a pencil.
The next step in our workshop called “How to make an asterisk out of paper” is to bend the outer corners inward, towards the middle. To put it simply, we add each conditional square in half.
Then we open two opposite folded corners and bend the figure diagonally (in the figure I signed this line).
As a result, we get five wonderful paper figures of an incomprehensible shape, which in the end will help us understand how to make an asterisk out of paper.
We bend each of these still unsympathetic stellar components in half.
Now insert the free corners of the figures into each other.
We got the first star ray.
In the same way we connect all the remaining figures with the first ray. As a result, we get a nice paper star, the convex edges of which on the one hand are the junction of the components, and on the other are the excesses of the figures.
In order to use the resulting stars, I had already prepared a long dry branch, broke it into four small ones and painted it with acrylic paint. On each twig I tied pieces of fishing line, on the ends of which I hung a star.
I placed branches with stars in a vase made of newspapers and set them on a table in the corner of the stairs.
As you can see, making an asterisk out of paper is not at all difficult. If you set a goal, you can decorate your interior with many beautiful and original things made by yourself.
