For several years now, hundreds of specialized places for outdoor recreation have been equipped in Moscow parks and recreation areas, equipped with barbecue facilities, urns, tables, benches and comfortable gazebos. Now, Muscovites and guests who have arrived in the city are no longer faced with the question of where in Moscow it is possible to fry barbecue without ruining your vacation and without paying a fine for it. And this, even if the fire was not lit, there is a fire extinguisher available and the kebab is cooked, as expected, on coals and in the grill (environmental police classifies them as an open flame), but not in a specially designated place.
So, where can barbecue be fried legally in Moscow? Here are the main official picnic areas of Moscow: Tsaritsynsky Forest Park, Serebryany Bor, Vorobyovy Gory, Izmailovsky Ponds, Zelenogradsky Forest Park, on the banks of the Skhodnya River in Kurkino, special forestry Gorki, Yasenevsky and Troparevsky Forest Parks. When choosing a place of rest, you should remember that you can’t make a fire on wood, you can only use coals. But in picnic areas where you can fry kebabs in Moscow, there is also the possibility of running into fines if certain rules are not followed. So:
- 500 rubles for the dumping of garbage into improper containers;
- 4,500 rubles for damage to grass, bushes and trees;
- 500 rubles for being drunk in public places.
Even in places where you can fry barbecue in Moscow, there is some
restriction - barbecue should be from 30 centimeters and above. This size will save grass from burnout. But there are strictly forbidden places - these are zones of reserves. As a rule, throughout the territory there are signs forbidding to light a fire.
This season, the number of picnic places where you can fry barbecue in Moscow has increased. These points are organized in different ways. The number of guest seats is up to 20. Rest areas can be equipped simply with benches and tables in the open. There is a gazebo that will protect people and the table from the rain. There are territories arranged "as in a real forest", there you will have to sit on felled logs, and treat yourself to a hemp. But in each such place, without fail, there is a square of the tiled floor on which the barbecue is installed. A novelty of this season was the “grill house” with a real pipe. In it you can hide from any weather, relax, cook meat and comfortably dine.
And yet, either advice, or a wish. If in places where it is possible to fry kebabs in Moscow, ballot boxes and garbage cans are full or not installed, it is not recommended to leave garbage at the picnic site. Do not be lazy, but you need to collect all the waste in bags and throw them in the first trash bin. No need to rely on janitors and environmentalists. Before they get to the trash heap in nature, the waste will destroy a certain amount of plants and insects. Nature must be taken care of. Otherwise, after a few years, the company that came to the picnic in a favorite place where barbecue is allowed in Moscow will no longer find its former charm.
