I hasten to answer those who have already prepared an objection like: "Well, they do not celebrate this holiday there!" You are mistaken! An elevated atmosphere is felt in this country already in mid-December. Lights appear on the windows, doors and walls of reputable institutions and hotels. Massively decorated shop windows, and New Year's lanterns are hung even on palm trees.
In many hotels, as a rule, in those that are richer, live Christmas trees are installed, powdered with artificial snow. In most cases, trees are brought from somewhere in Europe or directly from Russia.
Although there is no Grandfather Frost in Egypt, as, indeed, Santa Claus. Children are given gifts by a certain Pope Noel, and it is they who wait for him throughout the year.

Even if sometimes you want to wrap yourself in a plaid or warm sweater, do not worry, you tan anyway, because the sun is quite active.
- Enjoy fruit! Weather in Egypt for the New Year promotes the active growth and ripening of exotic fruits: mangoes and dates. In addition, you can enjoy fresh strawberries and sweet juicy melons.
- The sea is waiting! And in this country it is actually very beautiful and warm. Even if the traveler for some reason does not dare to sail far from the pier, such water procedures cannot but give pleasure. Clean and clear water, colorful scurrying around fish, breathtaking reefs - this is an amazing world.
Section 3. New Year in Egypt. Should I take a baby with me ?
On this score, the opinions of experts differ. Someone insists that visiting such an
Asian country, a sharp change in climate and diet will certainly not benefit the baby. Others argue that breathing in the sea air is always good, and you can take food with you or, in the end, give preference to a hotel with European cuisine and a special children's menu.
One way or another, we can say with confidence that in the hot season, it is still better to refuse a trip with a baby. But the following months are considered ideal: March-April or October-November.
Winter in this region is more reminiscent of our early autumn. The weather for the New Year in Egypt is mostly excellent: warm, sunny, it is quite possible to sunbathe and swim. However, one should pay attention to the presence of strong winds. Of course, the beaches of expensive hotels are equipped with special protective screens, but it is difficult for a child to sit still.
For evenings, both adults and children will benefit from having jeans, a sweater and a light scarf, as the probability of catching a cold is very high.
