Suspensions are attached using driven dowels. To simplify the installation of the guide profiles, it is necessary to bend all the hooks on the suspensions in one direction.
5. The next step in installing such a coating as Armstrong ceiling is to install the frame. To do this, we need guide profiles, they are attached to the suspensions. They are placed at a distance of 60 cm from each other. After mounting the guides, we attach a transverse profile to them at a similar distance. The result should be a grid with squares of 60x60 cm.
6. The final step is the installation of ceiling tiles. This process is carried out at a moisture content of not more than 70%. Laying is carried out according to the arrows marked on the back of the plates. This procedure is performed after all repairs in the room have already been done. This is due to the fact that the ceiling can absorb building dust and lose its appearance. Due to differences in humidity inside the room, the slabs may bend.

It is worth considering that when installing the Armstrong ceiling, the installation of electrical wiring and ventilation must be done even before the start of work on fixing the first suspension.
