On the eve of the New Year holidays or at any other time, you can engage in the production of various paper crafts with your children. For example, make snowflakes-ballerinas. The article will present several options for such creations. So, let's get started.
Master class No. 1: paper snowflake ballerina
Call your kids. Every child likes to cut snowflakes out of paper . Such an interesting lesson will help you keep yourself busy, and children will develop creative, imaginative and spatial thinking, fine motor skills, perseverance, accuracy, and diligence.
Usually, white paper is used to make this craft, but you can experiment and take color. The choice is yours. Prepare the following materials for work:
- one sheet of paper (A4 format);
- ballerina figurine template;
- white thread;
- sharp scissors;
- sparkles;
- snowflake patterns;
- whatman;
- glue;
- pencil.
How to make a ballerina out of paper
Our craft will consist of two parts: torso and packs of snowflakes. So, take a ready-made ballerina figure template. And start cutting the workpiece carefully. Place the resulting stencil on thick paper. Whatman will do. Circle the stencil with a pencil. Cut it with sharp scissors. For children, give scissors with rounded ends best to prevent them from getting hurt. The same as in the figure below, a ballerina from paper should turn out.
The pack template can be found ready-made, but you can do it yourself (see below). Choose for yourself.
Folding pattern
Everyone can make a snowflake, there’s nothing complicated. Manufacturing technology is very simple. So here we go. Take sheet A4, a simple pencil and scissors. To get started, fold a piece of paper so that you get an equilateral square. Cut it out. Then fold the square diagonally. It should make a triangle. Fold further according to the scheme:
- Fold the triangle in half. Then expand.
- Bend the right corner first so that the tip of the corner extends beyond the edge of the sheet. With the left side do the same.
- Fold the resulting workpiece in half.
- Take a simple pencil and draw a pattern of the future snowflake on a folded sheet.
- Cut the pattern neatly over the office.
- Spread the workpiece. Best placed under a heavy book.
Then apply glue to the cut snowflake and sprinkle with sparkles. You can also decorate the figure of a ballerina. Insert your torso in the center of the snowflake. Glue the thread to the head of the dancer. All is ready!
Now start decorating the apartment. Fix the crafts on the ceiling or on the handle of the cabinet or door. Such a snow ballerina, made of paper made by yourself, will delight your guests. Master class number 2: dancing ballerinas
To create an entire ballet group, you need the following materials:
- thick paper (whatman, white cardboard);
- tulle;
- paper clips (if there are none, then you can use tape);
- scissors;
- fishing line;
- needle with thread;
- glue.
To get started, choose your favorite dancer silhouette. The necessary templates can be found in specialized magazines or create yourself. Print out patterns of ballerinas.
Then carefully cut out the selected silhouette from the paper out of the office. Put the stencil on thick paper and circle with a pencil. Draw the same shape, only in mirror image on another sheet. Cut both parts to the office. Glue them, but be sure to insert a thread or fishing line into the top of your head. It will turn out the same lovely ballerina made of paper as in the picture on the right. Now start sewing a skirt.
Making a pack
Take any color of tulle (necessarily medium hardness). If it is not, then you can use lace. Cut out a strip of material forty centimeters long and ten centimeters wide. In small stitches, pick up the tape from one edge with a needle and thread. You can decorate the pack with ordinary confetti, beads or rhinestones. Rely on your imagination.
Next, carefully put on a tutu skirt on our charm. Fasten it by pulling the threads. Spread the folds evenly and tie a bow. So, our unusual paper ballerina is ready!
