At first, he simply became interested in crocodiles and their breeding, organized a small farm, but when the crocodile population began to arrive, and places were sorely lacking, he realized: something needs to be done with this. The center’s space is generally divided in such a way that children play according to their age categories and do not intersect - thus, fifteen-year-olds cannot accidentally injure two-year-olds, and they, in turn, will not annoy adolescents with their restlessness and indispensable need to get in and see everything everywhere.
