How to water onion with a nutritious mixture
Onions ridden with manure or compost, of course, will grow much faster. However, such fertilizing this plant is still not enough. In order to get a good harvest of onions, during the growing season it should be additionally watered several times with a nutrient mixture. You can prepare such dressing using, for example, mullein infusion. The latter is diluted with water in a ratio of about 1x10.
Watering the onion with such a mixture should be done as carefully as possible. It is undesirable to get nutrient solution on feathers to the area.
Watering green onions in a greenhouse
The feathers of this garden crop grow very quickly. In addition, green onions contain just a huge amount of all kinds of vitamins. Therefore, many summer residents plant this crop in early spring in greenhouses. Of course, such an onion should be watered correctly.
