This plant got its name back in the eighteenth century. Only then the botanists mixed up the country from which the quacket was born (planting and care of this plant was not very interested in specialists then), and indicated Syria instead of North America. The error was later discovered by Linnaeus. But the name was left unchanged.
The roots of the cooper lie very deep in the ground. If you cut the sheet, whitish juice flows abundantly from it. Because of this, the fleece is also called milky grass. It blooms in mid-summer, bears fruit in September. Fruits are elongated capsules resembling the shape of a swallow's body. Water the plants abundantly while flowers form on them.
