For the manufacture you will need the following materials and tools:

Step 1

Step 2
So that the ends do not diverge, you can add more glue and additionally fasten it with an ordinary clothespin and a stationery clip, which will hold the end parts until the glue completely dries. When the details are ready, you can proceed to step number 3, their connection together.
Step 3
After complete drying, you need to glue together all the petals, arranging them in a circle so that the tops of the paper cones form the central part of the star.

So, with the gradual bonding of all the elements, an improvised sun of petals and clothespins will be obtained.

After all sides are firmly glued to each other, you can remove the clothespins.
