- all types of work should be carried out exclusively in dry conditions at a temperature of 5-35 degrees above zero;
- if there are large cracks or potholes on the surface to be treated, they must be filled before the solution is applied;
- application of the solution is carried out using a spatula, then, as a rule, the solution is leveled and rubbed;
- if the thickness of the applied layer is more than three centimeters, then you need to use a grid for plastering, this will increase the strength of the surface and provide strong adhesion of the mortar to the working surface;
- the solution is applied in several layers, however, it is important to consider that before applying the next layer, you must wait until the previous one has completely dried;
- the last layer must be carefully leveled and wiped;
- in a day you can start grinding and surface finishing with any suitable material (this can be wallpaper, tile, panels).

M300 sand- cement mixture is sand concrete used for the construction of surfaces that must have the highest strength. This brand is used for the following works:
- assembly;
- seams;
- alignment of surfaces (cement-sand, concrete);
- arrangement of screeds;
- foundation pouring;
- elimination of defects of any type located on concrete bases.
Sand concrete can be used to level foundation surfaces. This mixture can only be used in rooms that are not exposed to high humidity and a high degree of mechanical stress.
How to make a mixture
When diluting the mixture, the dosage indicated on the package must be strictly observed. The mixture is added to cold water with a temperature of not more than 20 degrees. The dry mixture, which is introduced, must be constantly mixed and injected evenly, if lumps form, then the quality of the mixture will significantly decrease.
Then you need to leave the prepared solution for five minutes, so that it is infused. It is necessary to use the mixture within two hours, if the solution solidifies, it must be mixed.
