There are two floors in the building, and on the first floor a crowd of electrics will meet you, so you will need to methodically destroy them. Do not try to break past them to the second floor, because you will only make yourself worse. When all the electrons are destroyed, take a breath and go up to the second floor, where an even more difficult battle with the burer awaits you. When you kill him, you will need to look into a small adjoining room - there will be tools for calibration. All sets are assembled - it's time to return to the mechanic.
Reward
When you hand over the tools to one of the mechanics, you will get a pretty impressive reward. In money it will be 7400 rubles, but this is not all that you will be offered.
