The plant comes from Altai, grows mainly in the mountains, because it belongs to the family Saxifragidae. This is a very hardy perennial that can be quietly in the same place for decades, it has depleted soil and stones, even the most sultry weather will tolerate the frankincense.
Planting and caring for it consists only in placing it in a place protected from the wind, periodic watering and

Over time, the plant grows, covering everything around, therefore, at a distance of 50 cm from each other, it is necessary to plant frankincense.
Planting, care and reproduction of this flower are very simple. When the snow melts in the spring, it is necessary to remove the rotten leaves from the bushes, but they should not be torn off, because they perfectly retain moisture and nourish the rhizomes. Around the same time, it is recommended to fertilize with mineral fertilizers. Repeat this procedure should be half a month after flowering. Fertilizer accelerates the growth of new leaves.
Badanas do not belong to those plants that like frequent transplants. They feel very well in the same place for several decades. If a flower is replanted more often than once every eight years, then you can only achieve a deterioration in appearance. From the
earliest spring to late autumn, the foliage incense pleases the eye with its foliage. Planting and caring for this flower is quite simple, the latter consists only in periodic watering and removal of the affected leaves.
Propagate the plant by cuttings, seeds or division of adult bushes. If grown from seeds, then the incense will grow very slowly, it will bloom only in the third year. Healthy plants with well-developed leaves are suitable for cuttings. You can root the cuttings throughout the summer immediately after the end of the flowering period. Such plants bloom in the second year. The easiest way is when the bushes grow well, to separate them and so propagate the incense.
Planting and caring for this plant is very simple, and it takes root perfectly in our conditions, withstanding very low temperatures in winter. Often it is not necessary to water it, because the leaves can rot. Badan belongs to the evergreens, so in winter its appearance is a little spoiled. In early spring, you need to remove dried and rotted leaves, leaving only young and healthy. With proper care, the incense will delight with its greenery all season, and in the spring it will bestow tender flowers.
