Any large modern construction site needs high-performance heat-insulating materials. The Russian company "Technonikol" is a manufacturer of universal mineral plates "Technoruf B60". They are widely used both in the construction of civil and industrial facilities due to their high unique qualities.
"Technoruf B60": technical specifications and features
The material is a plate with a size of 1200x600 mm, a thickness of 50 or 100mm. The basis of the heat insulator is basalt (rock mineral), from which the fibers are produced - the threads that are firmly connected to each other, which make up the basis of “Technoruf B60”. Technical characteristics of this product for thermal conductivity: not more than 0.038 W / (m 0 C) at a temperature of 25 0 C.
Basalt melts at a temperature of more than 1000 0 C, and in the manufacture of insulation boards it is heated and altogether to 1500 0 C. Therefore, Tekhnoruf B60 is not combustible and can be used as fire protection. However, an organic resin - a binder of basalt fibers - evaporates at a temperature of 300 0 , which negatively affects the strength index.
All mineral wool boards are treated with a special water-repellent composition, due to which Technoruf B60 has technical characteristics in terms of water absorption and vapor permeability of not more than 1.5% and not less than 0.3 mg / (m / h Pa), respectively. These qualities are especially important during installation, since they do not allow rains, fogs and other atmospheric phenomena to damage the material and disrupt its performance.
Where is Tekhnoruf B60 applied?
The main purpose of this material is the thermal insulation of roofs, both exploited (flat) and non-exploited (made at a slope), as well as other building structures (foundations, bearing walls, floors) made of metal and reinforced concrete. Got the greatest application in the arrangement of operated roofs (since it withstands frequent point loads), where it serves as the upper layer of thermal insulation.
In addition, it can also be used on roofs without screed. This is due to the fact that "Technoruf B60" has technical characteristics in terms of indicators:
- compressive strength - not less than 60 kPa at 10% deformation;
- peel strength - not less than 15 kPa.
Practicality of the material
In addition to excellent heat-insulating and water-repellent indicators, the Tekhnoruf V60 insulation technical characteristics on sound insulation allow using it as a sound-insulating material. Plates are harmless and environmentally friendly: chemically neutral when interacting with building materials and substances contained in the air. All these qualities make it possible to use this material in multi-story civil buildings, private buildings (cottages, country houses, summer cottages), and industrial buildings.
It is able to perform its functions at temperatures from -60 to 400 0 . Tekhnoruf B60 mineral wool slabs, whose density is 180 kg / m 3 , have a low specific gravity, and are also easily cut and mounted (do not require special equipment) Therefore, the installation process takes place in a short time.
