In order for the hydrangea flowers to be lush and bloom for a long period, the plant needs to create comfortable conditions. Despite where the plant will be grown, there are the following stages of its development - forcing, the beginning of flowering and cuttings, then flowering and, finally, a dormant period. If you follow them correctly, then your plant will bloom in the winter.
For the full development of the plant, it is necessary to maintain a temperature in the region of 18-22 degrees, when the plant is in a dormant period, the temperature must be reduced to about 8 degrees. Since hydrangea loves light, it is better to place it in the apartment from the south or east side.
This plant loves good watering, but in a room, you should not greatly overmoisten the soil. For watering, it is better to take soft water, since hard hydrangea tolerates very poorly. In winter, melt water is best used. It is necessary to maintain humidity by conducting periodic sprayings of the plant.
For more intensive growth and flowering, the plant should be fed twice a month. To do this, use mineral and organic fertilizers. Ammonium nitrate and superphosphate are good to add during the flowering period, as they stimulate it.
The most common method of propagation of hydrangea is to divide the bush, while indoor varieties are propagated by the method of cuttings. On the handle, which is selected for propagation, there should be two or three pairs of leaflets. For good rooting, planted cuttings are enough for 20 days, but such a plant will bloom only next year. When propagating garden hydrangea, you can achieve that it bloomed in the first year.

- Panicled hydrangea is also a large bush and in nature can reach 5 meters in height. Many varieties of this species have a very pleasant smell, such varieties as Kiushu, Color Symphony have gained distribution.
- Cherenkovaya or curly hydrangea can reach up to 25 meters in length, this plant feels good in the shade, while other varieties are photophilous. This variety is used to design arbors and walls.
