- No. 3 - 65 visitors will fit here, seating is done by the theater. In the hall there are: a platform for the speaker, 3 tables for the presidium, special audio equipment, microphones, plasma and laptop.
- No. 4 and 4-A (adjacent) - there is a chair for the speaker and tables for meeting leaders, chairs, plasmas, microphones, a laptop and an audio system. The capacity of the two halls is 100 participants.
- No. 5 - oriented to 30-40 people (seats are in the free layout), furnished with chairs with reclining tables.
There are 2 elevators for people and 1 freight in the Grand Hall Sibir, on the service floor (basement) there is a wardrobe and toilets, a closed passage to the pavilion of the Sibir center.
