There are four varieties of poodles:

- small (height up to forty-five centimeters, weight not more than twelve kilograms);
- dwarf (height does not exceed thirty-five centimeters, weight about eight kilograms);
- toy poodle (height up to twenty eight centimeters, weight six to seven kilograms).
A special kind of breed is considered a cord poodle, which is quite rare. In such a dog, hair that is never trimmed forms cords that are characteristic of many breeds of water dogs.
Strong, funny, sensitive and energetic poodles enjoy life. Legends form their allegiance, but sometimes they can show their possessive instincts.
