Adhesive Specifications
The Master Super mix consists of a cement-sand mixture modified with polymer additives.
- The filling size is 0.8 mm.
- Frost resistance - at least 50 cycles.
- The time to use the finished solution is 120 minutes.
- Offset from vertical surfaces - not more than 0.1 mm.
- The adhesion to the concrete base is 1 MPa.
- The time to adjust the adhesive solution is 20 minutes.
- The temperature of the base, when using Master glue, is from +5 to +40 degrees.
- The temperature of operation of the finished solution is from -50 to +70 degrees.
- The required amount of liquid for the preparation of the solution is 200 ml per 1 kg (with a standard packaging of Master glue weighing 25 kg, 5.5 l of water will be needed).

Instructions for use
Before using Master Super adhesive mortar, it is necessary to prepare the facade or surface on which the mixture will be applied. To do this, clean the surface, remove all fragile areas, apply a primer and allow it to dry. You can start work only after 4 hours.
It is necessary to dilute the adhesive mixture with water, using a construction mixer, turned on at low speeds. When the solution has become homogeneous, you should leave it for 5-7 minutes, and then mix well again. Further, the adhesive mixture is suitable for use within two hours. When working with this mixture, it is necessary to ensure that direct sunlight and precipitation do not fall on the facade.
Fixing plates with glue "Master"
Expanded polystyrene boards can be mounted on the surface in two ways. The choice depends on how flat the facade is and whether it requires adjustment.
In case the surface is quite even, it is necessary to apply the adhesive solution to the polystyrene foam slabs using a notched trowel, distributing the mixture over the entire surface of the slab, press in such a way that the entire space between the facade and the surface of the slab is filled.
If the facade needs to be adjusted, then stepping back from the edges of the slab by 2 cm, the solution must be applied in small strips of 5x2 cm in size, leaving small gaps between them. In this case, there is a possibility that a little glue may protrude, it should be removed with a damp cloth.
Upon completion of fixing the polystyrene boards with the help of Master glue, it is necessary to leave the facade for drying for three days.
Creating a reinforcing layer with glue "Master"
When creating a reinforcing layer, you should first apply the Master Super adhesive solution to the surface with a 2 mm layer. Further, a reinforcing mesh is pressed into the layer, applied with gentle movements, and then another layer of Master Super glue is applied, but already 4 mm thick.
Further decorative surface treatment should occur only three days after the creation of the reinforcing layer.
