Flower night blindness: healing properties and harm

Probably, in nature there are no such plants that traditional medicine would not find application. This includes the flower of night blindness - gout or burning grass, caustic buttercup. This is a very poisonous plant, which in freshly picked form poses a serious threat to the health of both humans and animals. Only after complete drying the stem is not dangerous, therefore, buttercup can be given to cattle in the form of hay, but animals cannot be grazed in places where flowers grow.

The upright stems of burning grass can reach a height of one meter; small flowers of golden yellow color are formed at the ends of branches in May – June. Mostly in the meadows, as well as glades of sparse birch and coniferous forests, night blindness grows. The flower has not only poisonous, but also medicinal properties, which is why it is actively used in folk medicine.
