Lighthouse putty means observing the correct level horizontally and vertically. The mixture is used the same as for the starting putty. This method of leveling the walls is used infrequently, since the cost of such putty is quite high.
Finishing putty of the walls is performed on top of the lighthouse or starting. It eliminates minor defects and makes the surface smooth. But the finishing putty is not able to remove obvious defects. This must be done when applying the starting layers.
With the development of new technologies, methods of applying putty mixture with the help of special machines that can perform continuous filling of concrete surfaces, drywall and gypsum boards, plastered walls have appeared. Using technology eliminates the need for masters to fill the dry mixture with water and mix with a mixer. The putty machines are equipped with mixing devices, which allows a uniform layer of the mixture to be sprayed onto the surface, eliminating dry lumps entering the wall. With the use of such machines, wall putty can be performed more quickly and without loss of proper quality.
