Design

Most often, the GOST eye-nut is made of high-quality carbon austenitic steel of the AISI 304 type. In some cases, it is additionally treated with a stainless steel layer in order to protect the device from the negative effects of the external environment (corrosion protection). In addition, on the Russian market there are devices made of AISI 316 steel with stamping or forging. Nuts can be further treated with a protective layer of galvanized steel.
How is it used?
Before you remove one or another element, which is a load for the eyebolt nut, you must first screw the nut onto the thread of the device.
