Tailcoat can be sewn on a standard pattern. But it’s easier to take a child’s t-shirt as the basis for the pattern. To do this, take a T-shirt, fold it in half and build a pattern with an elongated back, like a tailcoat, and allowances of 2 cm. We transfer the pattern to black material. Lining is made of red material. We decorate the tailcoat with a yellow loop and yellow elements on the sleeves.
Pants
Pants can also be made of black material on the pants of a child. We take the child’s pants, fold them in half and build a diagram. Remember to consider seam allowances. You can take ready-made black pants, sew on them stripes and supplement with a yellow belt and large white buttons. If there are no buttons, you can cut out circles from cardboard, sew them with a white cloth and use them instead of buttons.
