Such popularity is associated with the presence of many healing and human-friendly characteristics in this plant. Adult momordica, the cultivation of which is in many ways similar to the same process for other pumpkin crops, looks like an ordinary cucumber. It is commonly used in the treatment of diseases such as diabetes mellitus, pneumonia, bronchitis, cough and many others. Moreover, it enhances immunity and the fight against potential tumors and viruses.

At home, for a plant like momordica, growing from seeds is an ideal solution. It should be borne in mind that in an apartment this is done on the balcony or window sill, while in the country house - in a greenhouse or greenhouse. First, seeds are sown in plastic cups, preferably two in each. Since their peel is strong enough, it can be slightly filed, which will significantly improve the germination process. The main thing is to do this very carefully so as not to damage the kernel. Seeds do not need to be pre-soaked, but watered only after planting with a solution that includes potassium permanganate. Momordica, whose seedlings are grown at home, needs some soil. Soil, which is sold at specialized points, is well suited for it. Along with this, it can be prepared independently, for which you should mix one bucket of sand and earth from the site, as well as half a bucket of leaves that have already been ripened.

After the seeds are planted and watered, they must be covered with a transparent film of polyethylene. It is very important for seedlings of a plant such as momordica, the cultivation of which is carried out on its own personal plot, so that the land constantly has moderate humidity. Condensation should appear on the inside of the film. It is possible to transplant a plant to the street only in warm time. An ideal signal for this is the blossomed apple trees. In this case, the momordica plant is transferred along with a lump of earth, and the roots should not be damaged. The preliminary introduction of organic fertilizers into the garden soil is a prerequisite, since momordica is very demanding on the soil. But this is not all, because feeding in the future is done approximately every half month.

Momordica, which is grown on a garden plot or bed, is essentially a vine, so it needs support. As soon as yellow flowers smelling of jasmine bloom on it, it is recommended to pollinate them independently, by touching two heterosexual specimens with the upper parts to each other. Between themselves, they differ in that the female flowers have a small green fruit, which, after pollination, will begin to rapidly develop and grow. Its ripening can be identified by yellow, even slightly orange. Over time, it will generally begin to crack. As a result, in the lower part of the fetus, it will be possible to see its inner part in red-orange. However, they are also used for food in unripe form.
