How to make "tunnels" in the ears?
This type of piercing is carried out in several stages. And these same stages are the more, the wider it is necessary to make a hole in the lobe. In the first procedure, an ear is pierced (if you have not had a piercing before) and an earring is inserted in the form of a rivet. After a while, as soon as the wound heals, a larger “tunnel” is inserted, with an opening of about 2-3 mm. And so, gradually stretching the earlobe, you insert rings of a larger diameter. This manipulation can take from several weeks to several months, it all depends on the final goal. If there is a desire to have a “tunnel” in the ear of more than two centimeters in diameter, then an incision is made in the lobe or a small hole is carved (all this is done under anesthesia). But such a wound will heal longer and more painfully. Do not forget to treat fresh wounds with an alcohol solution, so as not to get blood poisoning.
