Materials & Supplies
I would like to immediately notice that dolls and other toys from tights and stockings are made only by hand. That is, a sewing machine, if necessary, is only for creating clothes. To complete the doll you will need:

Work Technique

Frame doll from tights. Workshop for beginners
As a frame, you can take a strong, but easily bendable wire. From it, twist the body of the future doll, 2 hands with fingers and 2 legs. Tighten each wire part with a synthetic winterizer, fixing it well. Then sheathe it all with pantyhose. They need to be stretched to each finger of the doll, to each rounding of the wire and carefully stitched with thread. Then stitch it all together.
The second material for the frame is an ordinary plastic bottle. This container must be cut, stepping back from the neck by a distance equal to the size of the future doll. Next, the resulting frame is wrapped with synthetic winterizer. This is the body of the doll.
The head for frame dolls is prepared separately. It can be performed on a wire frame, or can be made simply of pantyhose tightly stuffed with synthetic winterizer. It will be round or oval - the choice of the master. To make the doll’s nose more prominent, you can insert a piece of sintepon that you need in size into the pantyhose and sew it with threads. Bottle-based dolls have no legs. To avoid this being seen, they are dressed in dresses with long skirts.
Flat dolls
In addition to voluminous, flat dolls from tights look very interesting. For beginners, making them will be easy. For this, in addition to the above materials, you will need a piece of cardboard. On it you need to draw the contours of the desired doll. As a rule, its dimensions are small. This figure must be pasted with a thin padding polyester.
To make the head rounded, put more filler in this place. Next, tighten the resulting structure with pantyhose and carefully sheathe it. If you insert a magnet on the back of the doll under the tights, it can be clung to metal surfaces. The head of a flat doll can be done separately, and then sew it to the body.
