The dew point is located between the exterior finish and the wall, which means that there is no contact with cold air indoors.
Thermal insulation of the facade using layered masonry is also possible. In this case, the wall is three-layer. First, a brick wall is erected, then a heater is laid and a second wall is raised. Sometimes instead of a brick, another material is used for the inner surface.
Any of the insulation options allows you to insulate the walls of the house, while maintaining maximum heat in the apartment.
