Description
Once the prince of Daedra Sheogorath created this staff, having previously invested in it all his worst qualities. Since then, the artifact has continually appeared in different parts of Nirn, exalting its owners on a pedestal of glory or depriving them of their lives. In appearance, Wabbajek in Skyrim is not particularly distinguished. The only thing that immediately catches your eye is its top, made in the form of a face on which a grimace of horror froze. However, the staff is not valued for its beauty, but for the special property it possesses. This will be discussed further.
Special effect
Like any daedric artifact, Wabbajek is endowed with powerful magic. It allows him to impose a random effect on the target, starting from transformation into a small rodent and ending with incineration. The problem is that you can never foresee the consequences of using a staff. So, for example, he can easily cure your opponent, make him invisible, or even call an atronach to his side. In other words, you need to use this artifact very carefully.
Getting
There is a special task that will allow you to get a Wabbajek in Skyrim. The quest is called "Crazy Mind", and gives it Dervenin, who lives in Solitude. The guy has lost his master and asks you to help him with the search. Feel free to agree.
On the quest you will need to get into the wing of Pelagius, which is located in the palace of Solitude. Having done this, you will get a Wabbajek, but the task will not end there. You will need to use a staff to heal Pelagius, who is the master of Dervenin. It is done like this:
- Shoot from the staff at Pelagia. Thus, you will return confidence to him.
- Hit Pelagius Wabbajek, and then shoot his nightmares. This will destroy bad dreams.
- Kill bodyguards located on the opposite edge of the arena. This will save Pelagia from paranoia.
After you complete these tasks, Sheogorath will return you to the material world, while Wabbajek will remain in your inventory. Use on health, but do not forget about safety measures.
