Recently, there has been a lot of buzz in society that juvenile law is being introduced in Russia in order to offend rather than protect children. And it concerns the life and health of minors. Let's see how the foreign term “juvenile” is deciphered, this innovation is useful to the country or will lead to its degradation. The case is quite complicated. In Russian society, they are traditionally reverent towards the younger generation. If, for example, people are ready to endure innovations in the economy or political system, then it is suspicious of changes in such an area as parenting.
What is juvenile?
This word is in any collection that explains the meaning of terms. No special explanations are given there. The word comes from the Latin juvenalis, "youthful" in translation. Juvenile is immature. It is clear that we are talking about children who are physiologically incapable of conception.

Today they can pick up a child because the floors in the apartment are not washed or toys are scattered. The system developed according to the principle: everything is possible for children. Now this idea has been hypertrophied into the following principle: to punish a child for wrongdoing is to violate his rights. Juvenile law requires consideration of family misunderstandings from the angle of the full priority of the “rights” of children. If the child cries - the parents are guilty, offended - to pick up from the family and the like. It comes to the point that mom and dad become slaves to their offspring, whose “whip” is the state system. Exploited with such a system, of course, parental love.
Juvenile system
A democratic society is strong in its written laws. Citizens are placed by the state in conditions when the rules cannot be violated in any case. The slightest deviation from the law entails instant punishment. However, if in ordinary violations a citizen can apply for the defense of his rights in court, then things are completely different with the implementation of the juvenile system. It consists of special bodies that seek out cases of violation of the rights of the child. They act quickly and closedly, that is, children are seized anywhere without reporting their whereabouts to their parents. Within a few days, the case goes to a closed court. The decision of this body is also taken quickly. The child is forever removed from the family, without the possibility of protesting such an action by either side. The state takes the child under its care, it is extremely difficult to return it.
Juvenile law in Russia
Until almost the entire territory of the post-Soviet space, until recently, the old bodies dealing with the rights of minors continued to work. Their principle, we recall, is the priority of family education. But democratic transformations have reached this sensitive sphere for the whole society. The West, at the expert level, insists that no system can be as useful and rational for children as juvenile. Russia has decided to implement its principles in its country. Why in our society, laws that are absolutely contrary to folk traditions, no one just explained. Since the time of Tsar Gorokh in large Russia, it was believed that the family is the main component of a strong and strong state. She was also called the "cell" of society. In the family, children receive the skills of normal life, absorb the traditions of the people and the like.
Opponents and critics of the juvenile system
It should be noted that the described view of education caused serious unrest among citizens. At present, the law on juvenile justice in Russia has already been adopted. This document is called: “On the Basics of Social Services for Citizens in the Russian Federation”. Wake-up calls turned into a buzz of alarm. The fact is that the introduction of a juvenile system creates a gigantic split between society and power. First of all, it is connected with the closed decision-making bodies of juvenile justice. The state intervenes in family matters, which, according to tradition, are decided by citizens themselves at their discretion. And they have the right (even if it is not fixed by law) to decide how to raise their offspring, including by what methods.
But this is only the first layer of the problem.
The most important split will go along the axis of trust of citizens of power. According to juvenile principles, the state takes care of children. Do you know those who voluntarily give their beloved child to strangers? The society, as the initiators of such legislation hope, will openly and openly express distrust of the current government. And this, apparently, is exactly what innovators seek to destroy the well-being of Russia and its citizens. Other conclusions from the concept of "juvenile" for our society, taking into account the practice of Western countries, is not yet visible.
