These are messengers of the apocalypse, evil creatures that have tremendous power and are trying in every way to invade the world of people. Only a few select ones can see the princes of the Daedra, and therefore little information has been preserved about their appearance. Even among his brothers, Hermeus Mora is considered the most mysterious, and the shape of his body can only be judged from scraps of knowledge. Usually it is depicted as a huge plexus of tentacles, in the center of which a large eye is formed. This is how he was portrayed by authors on concept art in Skyrim. The personality is quite interesting, although the appearance is frankly scary at first sight. Hermaeus Mora is the patron saint of the Unknown. He is interested only in forbidden knowledge and their accumulation. Any person cannot call him and receive an answer, even on the 5th day of the Primrose Month, when the most favorable conditions appear. It is necessary for the prince to consider a mortal creature worthy, and this happens rarely enough. A creature can independently pay attention to someone and send their trusted followers to it. He spends all the time in a dimension called Apocrypha. This is the world of Mora, where there is only a huge library with endless shelving of books. All of them are in black covers and have no signature. Inside the knowledge is written so that the ordinary mortal man could not make out. The world of Apocrypha is inhabited by the souls of those who tried to hunt for forbidden information, but failed. That is precisely what Hermeus represents as the ideal universe into which he wishes to transform the mortal world.

Prince Hermeus Mora, because of his mystery, rarely appears in the legends of different peoples of the continent, but some of it still exist. His most famous attempt to influence the mortal world was the persuasion of the Nords to turn into Aldmeri and join their army. The creature has made such attempts since the Atmors landed on the shores of Skyrim, led by Isgram. These include all black books from the world of the endless library in Apocrypha, but there is no information about them. In the game series, the user is faced with only one tome called "Ogma Infinium." It was written by the ageless elven elder Xarxes, who first wrote down all the secrets of the Aldmeri, but later began to serve Hermès More. Thanks to their joint work, a book appeared that supplies the reader with a huge amount of different knowledge. It can be obtained for completing the quest from the Daedric Prince in the last two parts of the series “Ancient Scrolls”. This is the most valuable item for Daedra quests, which allows you to significantly pump your skills. It is this artifact that can make a creature of a demigod level out of a character. The sanctuary of Herméus Mora is always hidden from the eyes of ordinary inhabitants of the world, and in order to get his mission, you need to be noted in the game. In the second installment of The Elder Scrolls, this will happen during the execution of the plot. The player will be ordered to kill one objectionable prince of the aristocrat. The user will be told about his habitat, where he will have to go. At the meeting, it will be possible to kill the target and take away a valuable object from him, leave him alive and accept the gift, or simply commit to execution and not to take anything. Since Hermaeus Mora is considered the oldest dark deity, it appears before the user in the last turn. In the fourth part of the Oblivion series, it was unrealistic to call him, even though the prince’s sanctuary in the Jeroll Mountains can be visited at any time. The quest to receive the Tome of Tome appears only after the missions from the rest of the Daedric princes are completed. Then Hermeus appears and says that for him it is necessary to collect the soul of each creature from all races in Cyrodiil. In the fifth and most famous game in the series called Skyrim, Hermeus Mora does not have his own sanctuary, and it will not work to invoke it. Then at one point the dragonborn will be called by Septimius, who at first will not tell about his true desires. Over time, he will say that he is trying to find Mora - the prince of the Unknown and the prediction of fate. To call, you will have to collect the blood of each representative from all five elven races. When the preparations are completed, return to Septimius so that he begins the ritual. During this action, the minister will be drawn into a flash of unknown white light. Instead, a tome with the ancient knowledge of “Ogma Infinium” will appear on the pedestal. Hermeus Mora will appear in the form of a shapeless mass of tentacles and several eyes. He will talk about his book and why it was hidden away from human eyes. Prototype of the prince
It would be very interesting if there was a Herméus Mohr mod where he would appear as an NPC, but no one did. It makes no sense to focus on the princes of the daedra, because the developers of the series "Ancient Scrolls" specifically made them mysterious dark deities. When they were created, they were guided by certain images, stories and myths. Hermeus Maura was reproduced by the stories of the legendary Howard Lovecraft and his Necronomicon as a book with a collection of all secret knowledge. The name of the prince is considered a reference to the syncretic deity Hermes Trismegistus, who in all mythologies is considered the author of a variety of sciences, including alchemy. The prototypes were chosen quite successfully, Mora managed to interest most users of the series with their mystery, which can be considered a direct success of the developers.
