The state is not able to raise the amount of cash benefits to all elderly people at the same time, but in support of them special subsidies were introduced for pensioners . Who can receive subsidies?
Being a pensioner does not automatically mean the right to benefits on housing and communal services. It is worth noting that the subsidy to pensioners for utilities is not the only existing benefit. Three years ago, in the Russian Federation, 46 categories of citizens were eligible for various benefits, including:
- disabled people of I and II groups who can officially confirm their status;
- persons raising a child with a disability;
- WWII veterans;

Military pensioners
