The main thing in the costume of this fairy-tale hero is, of course, the mask. To make it, you need to prepare a thick red cardboard, rubber, paints with brushes and a hole punch. If the latter is not, then you can use an awl to make holes for the garter.
The first step is to cut the base from cardboard. Next, you need to cut through the eye holes, circle them with white paint. Then you need to draw the black threads of the web. At the edges of the mask with a hole punch or awl, you need to make holes for the elastic, insert it - and the mask is ready.
How to make a spider out of paper
Do you want to play friends by planting a paper spider on their shoulder? Before making a spider out of paper, you need to prepare any newspaper sheet, knitting needle and gray or black colors.
First you need to cut the newspaper into small strips with a width of 5 centimeters and a length of 20 centimeters. Starting from the corner, wrap the paper over the needle along the entire length, glue the end. Carefully pull out the newspaper blank. Thus, you need to make several tubes of the same size. We fix 6 such sticks in the center and breed them in the shape of a 12-pointed star. Then you need to twist the tubes together. It turns out the body of the created spider. The same manipulations, only with fewer paper sticks, should be done to make a head with a smaller diameter. Next, you need to fasten together both parts with glue.
For elasticity of the extremities, you need to insert any wire into the paper tubes, bend them properly and attach to the main part. Then take the paint of the desired color - black or gray - and paint the finished spider. If desired, you can open it with varnish.
Web making
To make a web, you need to take as a basis the weaving of the body of a spider, but it is necessary to interlace with a separate tube, gradually lengthening it by building.
At joints, glue must be used for strength. Weave to the desired size and paint the finished web in white or gray. You can also fix on it an already made spider.
