But, perhaps, there is still one difficulty. Unfortunately, the author of this style has never imagined a Konne doll pattern anywhere.

But this fact did not stop fans of this direction in the manufacture of toys from textiles. Creative people in love with their hobbies themselves tried to develop patterns of dolls by Tatyana Konne.
It turned out to be not so difficult. Indeed, products in this style are distinguished by their amazing simplicity. Probably, it is precisely this quality in them that is one of the main ones that distinguish them from others.
The second feature by which it is immediately easy to determine the style of these dolls, everyone calls disproportionately large feet. That’s why they are called even big-legged. Tatyana Konne, the author of the trend, borrowed this nice feature from the graphic designers of children's books and animators.
If you look closely, you can see that in many cartoons children are portrayed with rather large feet and with straight and plump legs. Although there are more creative options. Sometimes babies are portrayed with legs slightly thickened down. Therefore, in the pattern of the Konnet doll, the detail of the leg must be necessarily large enough in its lower part.
And they are also more pens!
Few people pay attention to the second important fact. He touches the hands of Connet style dolls. Like the legs, these limbs also slightly thicken closer to the hands. And the brushes themselves are quite large. And this fact should also be taken into account in the manufacture of the Konnet doll pattern.
How to draw a Konnet doll pattern - construction workshop
- We build an isosceles trapezoid with a large lower base equal to height, and with angles at the base of 30 degrees.
- We replace the upper smaller base with a convex arc - we form the “shoulders” of the doll.
- We draw the neck with smooth lines. Its width should be equal to the third part of the upper base of the trapezoid. The length can be arbitrary. The torso pattern is ready.
- The pattern of the doll’s head has the shape of a circle. Its diameter is equal to the lower part of the body.
- The foot has an oval shape. The larger diameter of this figure is equal to the diameter of the head, and the smaller is half of it.
- The construction of the pattern of the arm begins with the drawing of two segments of length equal to the lower part of the body, located not in parallel. The smallest distance between the ends of the segment should be equal to the width of the neck. At this point, the ends of the segments are connected by an arc.
- Now, where the segments are not connected, draw a palm. It can be either curly (with fingers highlighted), or solid.
- Leg patterns begin to be drawn from a right angle. Moreover, the length of the vertical beam is calculated using a thread that fits along the perimeter of the oval-foot. After this procedure, the thread is measured with a ruler. Suppose the perimeter of the oval is 14 cm. Therefore, the leg length will also be 14 cm. The horizontal beam is equal to half this result. In our example, it is 7 cm.
- Two thirds of the vertical beam - the length of another segment, which will be required to build the drawing. In our example, this is 9.3 cm. It is placed either at a slight angle to the vertical line so that the leg seems to expand downward, or parallel to it. The upper ends of the segments are connected by a convex arc.
- A smooth line at the bottom of the part forms the upper forefoot.
So the pattern of a Connet doll with a sewing head is drawn. But, relying on this master class, you can easily make a drawing for a one-piece toy.
To do this, a circle-head is placed in the upper part above the body so that these parts are connected by the neck.
Cutting out details of a textile doll
Having at hand the patterns of Tatyana Konnet dolls, a suitable flesh-colored fabric, pins, a self-disappearing marker and scissors, you can start cutting. For sewing, you will need 2 parts of the body, head and feet.
For the manufacture of legs should be carved 4 parts. For hands it will take as much. It is very important to do this correctly so that both hands are not left or both are right.
To avoid this, the fabric is folded twice with the face inward, impose a pattern and fasten it with pins to the material. After that, the contours of the part are transferred to the fabric with a self-disappearing marker. Then the pattern is turned over, again fastened with pins and delineated, getting a figure symmetrical with the first.
Clothes for textile dolls
Usually, clothes are not changed on rag dolls . They are even called not gaming, but design. But without a pattern, clothes for Konnet dolls are quite difficult to make. This is especially true for shoes. After all, shoes or boots for a big-footed are almost the most important attribute.
The dress can be sewn gradually, assembling the doll, as shown in the collage of the assembly workshop. The dress itself is cut in the same way as the skirt-sun - in the form of a circle with a hole in the middle. After cutting, the inner circle is gathered on the drawstring and worn on the neck of the doll.
Then for flashlights, similar parts are cut out, but smaller. The inner circle is located on the very upper part of the arm, in the place of attachment of the limb to the trunk. The extreme circle gathers on a drawstring and is pulled together on a forearm.

The seams in the drawing are indicated by shaded lines. The beginning and end of the lines are marked with numbers in circles. Before stitching, they are combined according to the values: 1 with 1, 2 with 2 and so on.
Although each needlewoman can make an outfit for a doll at her discretion in her favorite technique. Someone will tie together clothes, shoes, a handbag, and pets.
