Pridorozhnaya Alley, located in St. Petersburg, starts from Engels Avenue and reaches Kultury Avenue. It is located in the Vyborg district.
History
Pridorozhnaya Alley got its name on December 4, 1974. This passage connecting two avenues was planned as a green lane. Plantings were supposed to protect the cityโs residential areas from the Parnas station and the railway line. However, the conceived alley did not work.
The territory between the railway line and the passage was given for the construction of garages. There is also a tram-trolleybus ring and a fire station. In addition, Suzdal Avenue was laid in the area originally designated for landscaping.
International Human Resource Institute
On December 15, 1988, at 11 Pridorozhnaya Alley, MIRVCH was established. This institute was opened with the blessing of the Patriarch of All Russia and Moscow Alexy II, as well as Metropolitan John of Ladoga and St. Petersburg.
The main objective of the created organization is the treatment of patients with pathological dependence and psychosomatic ailments. Unfortunately, drug addiction and drunkenness have recently become a mass epidemic. They lead not only to degradation, but also to the death of a large number of people. The nation is genetically degenerating, which exacerbates the social situation in the country.
The International Institute for Human Resource Capabilities uses well-known means and methods to combat this problem. Moreover, he combines them with the revival of the spiritual and moral qualities of the individual.
On the basis of MIRVCH, the Society of sobriety and mercy of Prince Alexander Nevsky was recreated, which existed in pre-revolutionary times.
The institute is located near three metro stations. These are Ozerki, Parnassus and the Prospect of Enlightenment.
